These terms apply when you use LiftRadar. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

What LiftRadar is

LiftRadar is an informational price-comparison service. We collect prices for supplements and energy drinks from retailer listings and rank them by what the active ingredient costs: per gram of protein or creatine, per serving, per fluid ounce.

We are not a store. We sell nothing, hold no inventory, take no payment and ship nothing. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site, under that retailer's terms and privacy policy.

Prices and product information

Prices, availability, sizes, coupon codes and nutrition information are collected automatically and can be out of date or wrong at any moment. A price shown here is what we last recorded, not an offer.

Coupon codes may expire, be limited to certain customers, or have conditions we cannot see. Price history reflects only what we recorded, not every price a retailer ever offered.

The retailer's checkout is the final word on price, availability and terms. Please confirm both there before buying.

Retailers are independent

Retailers linked from LiftRadar are separate businesses that we do not control. We are not responsible for their orders, payment processing, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, stock levels, customer service or privacy practices. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and the retailer.

Not medical or nutritional advice

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and nutrition figures on LiftRadar come from retailer and manufacturer listings and are provided for information only. Nothing on LiftRadar is medical, healthcare or nutritional advice, and we do not independently test products or verify manufacturers' claims. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

Please don't: scrape or automate the site at a volume that degrades it for others; try to break, probe or bypass authentication or our admin tools; use price alerts to send unwanted mail to other people; or copy the site's rankings wholesale to republish as your own. We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

Intellectual property

The LiftRadar name, the site's design, text and the rankings we compute belong to LiftRadar. Product names, brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products being compared. LiftRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any supplement brand or retailer.

Availability

We do our best to keep LiftRadar running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including price alerts, at any time.

Disclaimer and limits

LiftRadar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, LiftRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, for example a price that changed before you reached the retailer's checkout. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
